Our team is doing everything we can to support in the current situation, including blocking sends to compromised wallets. We've also reached out to Binance to offer our help. Moments like this call for the industry to work together. Openly sharing any useful information and helping to protect customers should come first, regardless of which platform they use. If you can do anything to help, please do! Crypto has been through many tough times, and has always come out stronger on the other side. This won’t be any different.
A ‘hello world’ milestone for Project Suncatcher 🚀 After launching our prototype satellite a few weeks ago, we’ve now successfully sent a command up to orbit, booted up the TPU, ran the prompt, and received our first complete response back on earth - a haiku!
We’re renaming our Max plans: Max 5x → Max Max 20x → Ultra Max is still $100/month, and Ultra is still $200. If you’re a subscriber, there’s nothing you need to do. We’re also removing the 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting today with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until they’re verified, which helps us prevent fraud and abuse. You'll get an email when it's removed. Weekly limits remain unchanged. Today, we’re sharing a look at our expanded system for monitoring frontier models at OpenAI, which in September helped us catch a model’s attempt to access the live internet during training. Since the Hugging Face incident—when models broke out of an internal cybersecurity investigation where we weren’t running our misalignment monitors—we’ve substantially expanded our monitoring of frontier agents. We now monitor all frontier reinforcement learning runs and evaluations, as well as all internal Codex use. When our system finds evidence of a problem that might require intervention, it rapidly alerts human responders who can investigate and take action. To detect when a model’s behavior departs from what we intended, we use several layers of monitoring. Activation probes look for patterns in a model’s internal activity. Reviewer models examine its reasoning and tool use, and investigative agents can read back through the model’s entire transcript to understand how a sequence of action…
how can we improve grok @bot? this feedback goes straight to @poteto & team
There’s 100% a kind of mania you can get into with coding agents, where it feels like you’re getting a lot done and working all the time but nothing is really happening. I think it's often a form of avoidance of something else in life.
I'm at the stage of AI psychosis that I feel I could easily vibe code a better government than Spain or the EU or most countries
I don't own enough cyber security stocks.
Anthropic will make ~1,000 employees worth +$100m at $2 trillion market cap. There's ~11,000 Americans with $100m in investable assets. So something like 1 in 12 Americans with $100m (liquid) will be from Anthropic. If you add in Openai, maybe 1 in 7.
Word and Excel reimagined for Linux with full compatibility! Maybe we don't need that Microsoft port of Office after all? getartcraft.com/apps/wordcraft getartcraft.com/apps/gridcraft
X should have a zero tolerance policy for AI replies Like you do one and your account is suspended for life Replies are a nightmare now and it's never ever been this bad AI replies are an an existential threat to the future of this platform, because people will simply stop using it if the vast majority of replies are AI bots
A few upgrades to the Claude mobile apps this week: On iPad and iPhone Duo: what Claude makes now opens beside the chat instead of over it, and goes full screen when you want a closer look.
wtf this guy just had Claude Sonnet 5 perform brain surgery on a living mouse the goal was to treat the mouse's epilepsy so it would stop having so many seizures. here's what Claude did: > it looked at 19 possible treatments and picked one that boosts the brain's natural calming chemical > it chose where to inject it based on where these seizures are thought to start > it worked out the exact injection point by averaging three research papers > it lowered the needle 4.3 millimeters into the mouse's brain > it injected a 20,000th of a teaspoon of the treatment over five minutes > it checked the live camera 32 times to watch for things like bleeding and the mouse woke up and recovered well! interestingly, Opus 5.5 and Opus 5 both refused the task because it involved real biology so Sonnet 5 got the job. and as far as the researcher knows it's the first time an AI has picked a treatment and then injected it into the brain of a living mammal.
It is insane to me that there are still devs using terminals to prompt their agents
The largest crypto exchange in the world just experienced the largest robbery in human history—and the person running it is a nomadic autistic man in Dubai posting “Funds are SAFU!” What a time to be alive.

the /statechart skill in pstack v0.15.36 is now stable and ready for use! it's best combined with /create-formal-verification-skill to abstractly model state machines and distributed systems to find bugs. the skill contains a mini tlc compiler that parses, lowers to a small IR, and has a backend that outputs mmd syntax. if you want you can also ask your agent to create charts in whatever style you like, the skills tells it to use pele.run which is very themeable so you can make blueprints, hand drawn encyclopedia illustrations or whatever you like here's a chart of the /statechart skill and 2 real bugs i just found. try it out and let me know what you think!
Grok Bot just had its biggest update yet It introduces pages and dashboards, 2 things that solve Grok's BIGGEST problem In this video I cover how I made 5 dashboards that make Grok Bot SO much nicer to use, including one that has saved me a TON of usage:
